Step-Smart™ Brace offers a unique solution for footdrop. Dorsiflexion-assist Jacob Joint™ pushes foot into gentle dorsiflexion during swing phase, and absorbs shock and decelerates plantarflexion during heel strike. Joint comes complete with three sets of replaceable compression components. Clinician can adjust the shock absorption level accordingly. End of footplate should land behind metatarsal heads.
