The Spina IV is a traditional classic chairback orthosis with rigid anterior panel and soft foam lined rigid posterior frame. The 2in double-sided Velcro closure straps are adjustable at both ends which provide a wide range of flexibility. Easy cross-pull straps provide even compression.

- 9in front with a 7in pre-molded anterior insert
- Also available in a low profile version with 14in back height and 7in front with a 5in pre-molded anterior insert
