The PeroSupport features a peroneal spring that is thermoplastically mouldable, made of polypropylene (PP). The ready to fit semi-finished product allows quick and individual production of a function-adjuvant orthosis type AFO. The lower leg orthosis consists of injected polypropylene, a multi-phase copolymer, and features an optimal combination of impact resistance as well as high rigidity. Can be used for patients with dorsal-extension deficiency of the foot, resulting in drop foot gait. Limits the plantar flexion in the upper ankle joint and therefore causes lifting of the foot during swing phase.
