The Clubfoot Solutions Iowa Brace was designed to help prevent the recurrence (relapse) of clubfoot, once a child’s foot has been corrected using the Ponseti method. The Iowa Brace’s unique design includes comfortable shoes attached to plastic platforms which are attached to the ends of a removable, durable plastic positioning bar.
- Use with either the right or left foot
- Hold at an adjustable angle of either 60 degrees (clubfoot) or 30 degrees (normal)
- Accommodates different shoe sizes as the child grows
- Easily detaches from the plastic positioning bar with a release button located on the bottom
- Iowa Flexbar has 15- degrees of dorsiflexion on each end
- Easy brace removal by parents
- Enhanced buckle to help prevent the child from taking the brace off during the night
- Placement and operation of shoe release button not easily activated by the child
- State of the art breathable materials that prevent heat buildup, discomfort and skin irritations
- Soil resistant and easy cleaning

Iowa Brace Shoe Platforms
The Iowa Brace Shoe Platforms are available in three sizes for use with the Clubfoot Solutions Iowa Brace Shoes and Abduction Splint. Use Size Small for Shoe sizes 000-3, Size Medium for Shoe sizes 4-9, and Size Large for Shoe sizes 10-12. The Platforms size up from shoe size 3 to 4 (Small to Medium) and shoe size 9 to 10 (Medium to Large). This product will not work on shoes outside of their size range.
