The DynaPro® Hyperextension Flex Elbow features dual single setting hinges which should be set at 15° of greater flexion than comfortable end range passive stretch to initiate a therapeutic anti-spasticity stretch. The “X” straps allow for adjustable flexion stretch that can be applied to the hyperextended elbow.
