Overnight Program

For eligible orders, customers may request an upgrade to expedited air saver shipping services (3-day, 2-day and Next Day Air Saver) for the price of Ground service. Carrier assessorial fees plus insurance will be added to the shipment charges and added to your invoice. The following are ineligible for the overnight program and will be shipped according to your instructions with shipping, carrier fees, and insurance added to your invoice:

Small orders (less than $100)
Oversized goods exceeding 30” in length
Items weighing greater than 60 lbs.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are assessed according to the carrier service rate at the time of service. Additional charges imposed by the carriers are the responsibility of the customer and may include (but are not limited to): hazardous material fees, additional handling for large packages, insurance, fuel surcharges, Saturday delivery, COD, extended area, residential delivery, and adult signature required. Discounts do not apply to shipping or assessorial charges.

Hazardous Materials and Oversize Shipments

All hazardous materials are shipped in compliance with the state, federal and international regulations monitored by an employee who is certified in US domestic dangerous goods regulations #49CFR and IATA international shipping regulations. Hazardous materials are not eligible for overnight shipping. We cannot accept return shipments of hazardous materials not in complete compliance with applicable regulations. Shipments that exceed 130 inches in total (length + 2x width + 2x height) or exceed 70 lbs are considered large/oversized. Please call Customer Service (800-888-0865) for assistance.

Returned Goods-Warranty Products

Returns will be accepted in resalable condition within 60 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified by manufacturer return guidelines. Upon issuance of a Return Authorization Number, you will have 30 days to package and ship your return. Once the return has been received and evaluated, a credit will be posted to your account for the value of the returned goods. Returns that do not have a valid Return Authorization Number or returns received after 30 days, may be subject to a processing fee or will be returned to sender without credit. For returns that require a replacement, a credit will be applied to your account and a new invoice will be issued for the replacement product. Products returned under warranty will follow manufacturer specific guidelines. Warranty items may require additional support documentation in the form of warranty cards, replacement serial numbers, or patient information. In the event the manufacturer does not accept the product for warranty coverage, the credit may be reversed and/or reduced by any manufacturer assessed fees.
