The Bunnell Upper Extremity Splint treats joint contractures and joint stiffness. With its design to dorsiflex the wrist with composite elastic splint to extend the distal interphalangeal joints, the splint is made from springs steel and elastic latex free bands to work the corrective forces. The splints can be modified for user requirements while changing the corrective force by adding or removing rubber bands. The malleable stainless steel and spring wire can be reshaped to fit user needs. With orthopedic grade felt, the splint also provides padding and comfort.
