The 3R92 features technology with a load-dependent brake mechanism that engages when the heel is loaded stabilizing the prosthesis and achieving a high degree of safety during the entire stance phase. The braking mechanism releases automatically when the forefoot is loaded allowing the swing phase to be initiated easily and harmoniously.
