The 3R46 Polycentric Knee features an upper joint section and a lower joint section with a pyramid adapter connected to one another by anterior and posterior linkage bars. The detachable lamination anchor connects the knee to the prosthetic socket while stance phase stability is achieved through polycentric kinematics.
